ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS), published by ISO (International Organization for Standardization), an independent organization with 164 members representing most countries around the world. The standard was last updated in 2015.
With ISO 9001:2015 certification, CIMA aims to ensure its customers a management system based on the principles of our Quality Policy: customer focus, leadership of top management, involvement of people (CIMA Team), process approach (management, control, improvement), continuous improvement, evidence-based decision making (data analysis and evaluation, monitoring key indicators, streamlined and effective documentation), and management of relationships with stakeholders (customers, staff, suppliers, etc.).

The ISO 14001 certification is an international standard that defines the requirements for an effective Environmental Management System (EMS). The goal is to help organizations reduce their environmental impact, improve environmental performance, and ensure that their operations comply with current environmental regulations.
Obtaining ISO 14001 certification demonstrates that an organization has implemented policies and procedures to manage and minimize negative environmental impacts, thereby contributing to sustainable development.
Company Policy for Quality and the Environment
CIMA sas is a family-owned company that has been operating in the market for over twenty years in the design and production of thermoplastic tubes and spirals for compressed air applications, in the commercialization of technical thermoplastic tubes and related accessories, as well as in the commercialization of accessories for industrial vehicles.
Our Company has always aimed to grow by pursuing “the maximum customer satisfaction by meeting their explicit and implicit expectations and needs, achieved through the high quality and safety of the products and services offered, but also through the sustainability of their environmental impact, in compliance with applicable legal requirements.”
C.I.M.A. sas has grown over the years by leveraging its strong flexibility and customer orientation, a long-standing and qualified supplier base, efficient equipment, and by making infrastructural, technological, and system investments with the aim of further increasing market share and better meeting customer expectations and current regulations.
C.I.M.A. sas also continuously invests in Research and Development of new products to meet the demands of both national and international markets.
In order to realize these goals and pursue continuous improvement objectives in our organizational system, as well as to ensure customer satisfaction, we have implemented and already certified a Quality Management System in compliance with the principles of the 2015 edition of the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard. The written procedures help determine the conditions of the production cycles and the parameters that measure the results.
We are also convinced of the efficient and effective integration of Quality and Environmental management into a single company management system. The experience gained with the Quality System has enabled better integration of context evaluations, specific risks, and company opportunities with the environmental assessments required by ISO 14001. We have therefore implemented and already certified an Environmental Management System according to the UNI EN ISO 14001 standard, where our initial commitments are added to those already assumed by the Company’s Management in its leadership role concerning the system itself.
